Four Principles Of Time Management

Based on our experience…

At HEALTHY LEADER we believe that time management training should always reflect your individual approach to work and effective personal organisation.

Through working with our clients, we've learned that everyone needs to find their own path to increased personal effectiveness.

Our work on time management and personal productivity is informed by four principles.

Everyone is different

We don't believe there's one path to effective time management. Everyone must find their own.

Testing is best

As we are all different, we believe that it's important to test what works best for you.

Consistency builds habits

Building new habits requires consistency, but with consistency you can make significant improvements.

Achievement not output

We believe the outcome of improved time management isn't a list of completed tasks. It's about moving you towards your most important goal.

 Karl Sandburg

Time is the most valuable coin in your life. You and you alone will determine how that coin will be spent. Be careful that you do not let other people spend it for you.
